Simple, Transparent Refund Process Explained !

1. Applicability

This policy applies to patients who have booked appointments through our online platform. It covers both Paid (PO) and Free (PAV) appointments.

2. Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be canceled by the patient up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time through the online portal.

The refund will be processed within 15 working days, excluding the registration charges and gateway processing fees.

Cancellations made after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

If an appointment is canceled by our team due to unforeseen circumstances, the patient will receive a full refund, excluding registration fees.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Patients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment time.

No fees will be charged for rescheduling.

Refunds for rescheduled appointments will follow the same rules as cancellations.

4. No-Show Policy

If a patient fails to show up for the appointment without prior notice, the booking amount will not be refunded.

For paid appointments, the transaction fee will be refunded excluding registration charges.

5. Refund Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted through the online portal or by contacting our customer support team.

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the cancellation or rescheduling request.

A transaction fee of 1.99% will be deducted for payment gateway charges.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or bank account.

6. General Terms

Patients should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their appointment time.

We reserve the right to modify or reschedule appointments in case of any unavoidable circumstances.

Video consultations are subject to the same refund conditions. If the patient fails to log in or attend, no refund will be provided.

7. Third-Party Payment Gateway

Payments are processed through third-party gateways, and we are not responsible for their security or performance. All transactions are subject to the gateway's terms and conditions.
